Before every drill, hill repeat or speed work, you can bet that you’ll hear Coach Shayne mention working with intention. Although it may seem that the word “intention” would be used when doing calisthenics and hill repeats but his coaching approach is to always begin with the end in mind.
You’ll find yourself being pushed beyond what you thought your limits were and encouraged beyond your expectations.
Coach Shayne leads by example and is often doing the workouts before team practices and then again during team practices. As a result a no-excuses, no fear atmosphere is cultivated for your personal running success.
