Spring Session

Sixteen week intensive training program that will help prepare you for your first half-marathon. Includes 48 sessions, an individualized race day strategy and the official TeamWRK running shirt.

Winter Session Registration

Summer bodies are born in the winter. Join TeamWRK for our winter session starting December 6th. Prepare for the NY Half, Fred Lebow Half or your next race. 12 sessions include Tuesday workouts and weekend long runs.
