On Tuesdays, Build your fitness in an intentional way in a small group training style running class where you improve upon your running. Learn how to hold form, practice your cadence & breath like the elites at your own pace.
You’ll receive a weekly training plan and tips to get the best out yourself when race day arrives.
On Sundays we go long. Practice different running techniques simulating race day conditions for your next Half Marathon or your breakthrough marathon this year!
Our #1 goal is to help you accomplish your goal. All our coaching packages are custom designed starting with your goal in mind.
Receive a shared calendar with target paces to hit your goals for each workout. Connect with coach multiple times a week through the shared calendar and make adjustments as your fitness changes.
Go the Marathon distance, increase speed, run longer, breath easier, complete your 1st race or run for the 1st time.
We'll get you there!
Come and go to any 15 sessions out of the 48 sessions of this spring. Valued $10 per session.
