Apply to train 1on1 with Coach Joe once a week.
For those interested in 1on1 Coaching and training w/Coach Joe, you are fully committed to improving your running and want 1on1 attention.
Coach Joe will meet with you once a week for :60-:75 minutes
- provide you with a running assessment
- help you develop a warmup and cool down routine
- show you how to perform all the types of training sessions
- personally help you find you proper training zones
- You can work on form
- race day techniques
- breathing
- cadence
- pacing strategy
- race day strategy
- pace a race with you if available
The TeamWRK Performance Team Members are ready to take your running goals to the next level. Whether it's a fast 1 mile race or the marathon distance. You're ready to put in the extra WRK it takes to develop the Plan A mindset to Crush it on race day.
As a member of the Performance Team, you receive all the benefits of a General Member, plus an individualized training plan, personalized coaching, progress reports, and more.
