Our reasons for running are are as diverse as we are. Yet we are united not by running, but by our thirst for life, our affinity for accepting a challenge and our commitment to each teammate’s success.

We understand that long distance running can be a daunting task. We break everything down into actionable steps so it does not become overwhelming.Our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your needs to create your individualized fitness plan.
Just in the past year, we trained 22 people for the 2017 NYC Marathon. All 22 of them successfully completed the race. We are capable of analyzing your running history, and current fitness level to create a training plan that will help you reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
