General Membership

A General TeamWRK Member is someone who is committed to running with the team, but not necessarily training for a race or committed to a training plan. Perfect for new runners, someone's who's just getting back into running, or someone who is just getting off the injured reserve.

You will receive workout instruction as you attend workout sessions.

*Receive 1 Complimentary Practice Tee or Tank every 12 months.
